All risk scores, fraud flags, title verification results, and recommendations are generated by AI and may be incorrect. You must independently verify all findings with a registered property lawyer, licensed surveyor, or the relevant Sub-Registrar's office before making any property decision.
By creating an account or using TerraSec Property Intelligence Solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service provides: GPS-based encroachment detection and boundary monitoring, AI-assisted risk scoring, OCR and translation of property documents, AI-generated analysis of title documents for potential red flags, and alerts for suspicious activity near your registered plot.
The Service does NOT: Access, query, or verify data from government property registries. Provide legally binding title certificates or encumbrance certificates. Guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legal validity of any AI-generated analysis. Replace a licensed property lawyer, certified surveyor, or the Sub-Registrar. Take any legal action on your behalf.
All AI risk scores, forgery flags, title chain analyses, lien detections, and recommendations are generated by large language models (OpenAI GPT-4o). These systems can produce incorrect, incomplete, or misleading outputs. A LOW RISK result does not mean your title is clear. A HIGH RISK result does not mean your title is defective. Always treat AI outputs as a starting point for further investigation, not a conclusion.
You agree to only register plots and properties for which you have a legitimate ownership or oversight interest, not upload documents belonging to third parties without their consent, not use the Service for any fraudulent or illegal purpose, independently verify all AI-generated findings before acting on them, and keep your login credentials confidential.
Premium subscriptions are processed via Razorpay. Subscription fees are non-refundable after the service has been activated. If you experience a technical issue, contact support@terrasec.ai within 7 days for case-by-case review.
We are not liable for any financial loss, legal loss, or property loss arising from reliance on AI-generated analysis. We are not liable for missed alerts due to device, browser, or network failures. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the subscription fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You may close your account at any time from the Settings panel. Upon closure, we will delete your personal data within 30 days (except payment records retained as required by law). We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms.
